About Us

Our reason 

2020 and the recent months has been very difficult time to everyone. It is a year of reflection of ourselves and what is important to us. 

I, Camille (founder), work as a nurse in one of the main hospitals in Melbourne. Me and my colleagues had been in the centre of the storm during the pandemic and had seen many of my workmates change wards, job, and, at other times, completely left the field of nursing due to stress, burned out and difficulty that they, and their family and friends, had to face during the calamity the pandemic had caused.

In Takipsilim Candles, we would want to be a tool of assitance to help you wind down and relax as you reflect upon yourselves during meditation, journaling or simply taking the time to look after yourselves, mentally and emotionally.

With our products, we thrive to provide top quality candles and promote positivities during this unprecedented times. 

Who we are

Takipsilim Candles is owned solely by me (Camille) and it's build upon the help and support of my family- Carl, Mary, Cornelio and, especially, our serotonin booster, Hermes. We aim to promote self care and looking after ourselves and our loves ones.
