Shipping and returns

Our candles are made to order, hence, please allow at least 3-4 business days for the orders to be processed prior to be dispatched after receipt of payment.

In store collection or pick ups

Unfortunately, we don't offer direct pick ups or collection from our place due to privacy and safety of my family. 

Shipping

Shipping starts on flat rate of $10 and purchases over $100 can use the promo code of SHIPPING for free shipping.

*Courier services may differ based on shipment size and/or location. Regional orders may be forwarded to local couriers for delivery*

Drop off

Since Christmas holiday is around the corner, we are more than happy to drop off your products within the postcode listed below for free of charge with purchase of over $100.

Postcode: 3020, 3021, 3022, 3023, 3037, 3038, 3335.

*Please keep in mind that drop off are done weekly on Friday afternoon. If you have yet to receive confirmation letter/email regarding packaging completion of your order, this will be dropped off on to the next following Friday.*

Returns

Please keep in mind, we don't offer returns or exchange due to change of mind or mistake. Therefore, please be very sure of the products you are purchasing prior to paying for it.

Paying for the products indicates that you have agreed to our terms and conditions.

We do, however, be able to accomodate you if or when the products you have received were faulty or defective.

Process of return for approved request

Please contact us at [email protected], with subject of 'returns' within 14 days of the date of arrival.

Please email us the pictures of the defective products. When approved, we will be providing you return instructions. Return shipping will be at your own cost. Items returned to us without request will not be accepted.

Upon inspection of returned product, we will notify you when request has been approved or not. When approved, we will be refunding you through original payment method. Please keep in mind the process for the refund to return may take some time for your bank or credit card company.
